SSH , login as root
vim /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/options.conf
edit the PHP version, in this example PHP1 is version 5.6 and PHP2 is 7.3 > save

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build set_fastest
./build update
./build php n
If you login to Directadmin > Domain Setup > Domain > you should be able to select the PHP version of your choice
