If your mail and website are hosted under two different servers, you need to follow the below guidelines to make sure your email will be safely received inside your mailbox.
1) Login to your cPanel Control Panel
2) Under Email, click Email Routing

3) Select the Remote Mail Exchanger and click Change *If your website and mail hosted under the same server, kindly select the Local Mail ExchangerImage may be NSFW.
