From time to time, emails can be wrongly identified by spam filters. Spam emails can make it through your spam filter undetected, and non-spam emails could be moved to your spam filter instead of your inbox. To help combat this issue, we can use the email whitelist and blacklist built into cPanel. First navigate to the Spam Filters option.Image may be NSFW.

You will be brought to the Spam Filters page where you can expand the additional configurations to access the email whitelist and blacklist.

Whitelisting an Email Address
Whitelisting an email address means that all emails received by the server from the specified email address will always make it through the spam filter.
To edit the whitelist settings, navigate to the section below.

Email addresses can be whitelisted in this menu. Updating the Whitelist will finalise your changes which will come into effect immediately

Blacklisting an Email address
Blacklisting an email address will have the server automatically discard all emails sent from the blacklisted email address.
