If you need to backup your MySql database in Plesk, you may follow the below steps
1. Login to your Plesk control panel.
2. At the Application & Services section, click on Databases icon.
3. Click icon to manage the database that you want to backup.
4. It will redirect you to phpMyadmin. Click on Export.
5. You may choose the format however SQL is recommended. Click Go
6. You will be prompted a download messages box. Click OK to download the database backup.
