How to change file/folder permissions on CPanel

1. Login to your Cpanel account using username and password provided by your web hosting.

2.Click File Manager then choose which directory the file is located.After that,click Go button.

3.Click the name of the folder/file which you would like to change the permissions and select the change permissions link at the top right of the page.

4.Select the permissions you would like to set for the file.Then,Click change permissions.
