1. If you want to view your website statistics in Plesk 11 and it requires password, you can follow the steps below to create user to view website statistics.
2. Click on Show more advanced options, then Password Protected Directories as the website statistics is under password protected directories
3. Click into the plesk stat
4. Click on Add new user
5. Insert username and password , then click Ok
6. Go back to the main page, you should be able to login and view website statistics now
